Find a warm path to anyone — right inside Claude or ChatGPT.
Via AI is an MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Start with a single prompt — "find me paths into [company domain]" — and grow into full workflows that chain Via with the rest of your GTM stack.
Via MCP is currently in private beta.
Find path to Stripe
Here are your top paths to sales leaders at Stripe.com, ranked by strength. Looks like your customer champion Robert just landed a CRO position there.
| Target | Role | Connector |
|---|---|---|
| Robert Russo | CRO | You |
| Maya Chen | VP Sales | via Daniel Park |
| James Holt | Head of Ent. Sales | via Elena Vasquez |
Single prompts to try first.
Via MCP exposes warm-path lookups as tools your assistant can call. Ask in plain English — Claude or ChatGPT picks the right Via tool and brings the answer back into the conversation.
01
Find a warm path to any buyer.
Name a person or a company. Via returns the warmest paths through your team's network, ranked by relationship strength, with the connector's name and the trust signal that makes the path credible.
Example prompt
"Find me a path to ramp.com"
02
Get warm referrals from customers, advisors, investors, and champions.
Surface who in your team's orbit is best positioned to make the intro — not just any 1st-degree connection, but the one whose vouch actually transfers trust.
Example prompt
"Which of my customers is closest to a buyer at notion.com?"
03
Prioritize a target list by warm-path strength.
Score every account on your list. Reps work the warm-first segment by hand; the cold-only segment goes into a different motion. Stop treating accounts as if they're equal when the warm-path data shows they aren't.
Example prompt
"For my Q2 outbound list below, score each account by warm-path strength."
04
Find warm connections to a list.
Drop in event attendees, an ICP export, or a saved search. Via returns the people on the list your team already has mutuals with — your starting point for warm-first outreach against a cold roster.
Example prompt
"For these 50 SaaStr attendees, which ones do I have warm paths to?"
Plug Via into the rest of your stack.
Once single prompts feel natural, the real unlock is chaining Via with the rest of your stack — CRM, prospecting tool, call recorder, outreach — in one conversation. Below, four ways teams put it together.
Outbound
Build a warm outbound list.
Pull prospects from your prospecting tool, return the warmest path for each one, push the prioritized list back to your CRM. Warm paths baked in from the start — not bolted on after the list is already cold.
Active deals
Multithread any deal.
After every call: pull the stakeholders the buyer named — the CISO, the CEO, the CFO — find your warmest path to each, draft the right move. Slack your boss when she already knows them or email a customer champion that used to work with the target to vouch for you.
Full stack
The agentic GTM stack.
The full composable warm-first stack end-to-end. Five layers: target list, enrichment, warm-path intelligence, CRM, outreach. The AI assistant is the workspace where they converge.
Account scoring
Score accounts by warm-path strength.
Take your existing CRM list — a Q2 territory, an open-opp slice, an AE's book. Score every account by warm-path strength up front and write the connector context back to each record so reps work the warm slice first.
Common questions about Via MCP.
What is the Via MCP?
The Via MCP turns your team's extended network into something your AI assistant can use on demand. Ask "who's my warmest path into Stripe?" or "score these 50 accounts by warm-path strength" inside Claude or ChatGPT, and Via answers in seconds — right alongside the other tools you've connected. Warm-path intelligence shows up in the same chat where you're already doing the work, so warm-first becomes the default motion instead of an extra step.
Does Via MCP work with both Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. The connector is the same — Via AI — and runs in either host. Once enabled, you ask Via questions in plain English and the assistant calls Via's tools the same way it calls any other connector you've turned on.
Should I use Via MCP in Claude chat or Claude Cowork?
Both work, but we recommend Cowork for any workflow that touches more than one connector. Claude chat is great for quick, single-tool lookups — "who's my warmest path into Stripe?" — and the answer comes back inline. Cowork is the right surface when you're chaining tools: pulling a list from Apollo, scoring it with Via, pushing it to HubSpot, queueing the rest into outreach.
How is Via MCP different from the Via web app?
Same core capabilities — multi-target pathfinding, connector ranking, intro requests — just on different surfaces. The Via web app is a polished, purpose-built UI for those workflows. The Via MCP lives inside Claude or ChatGPT, so the UX is naturally different: you're in a chat, asking in plain English, and the assistant calls Via's tools to answer.
How is Via MCP different from the Via Chrome extension?
Same warm-path data, different surface. The Chrome extension shows warm paths inline on LinkedIn and your CRM — useful when you're already there. The MCP connector lets you ask warm-path questions in Claude or ChatGPT and compose them with every other tool you've connected.
